How Does It Work?

1. REGISTRATION

  • Submit Interest form that includes Student Integrity Pledge

  • Plan to attend the student information session via Zoom

2. POSTER MUST REFLECT

  • Your lived experience

  • Your observations

  • Your ideas

  • Your creativity

3. AI-FREE REQUIREMENT

You may NOT:

  • Use ChatGPT or other AI generators to create content

  • Copy text from websites

  • Submit templated or auto-generated material

4. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

  • A compelling title

  • Problem statement (in your own words)

  • Evidence from observation, interviews, or experience

  • Visual elements

  • Your original solution

  • A short impact statement

  • Size: 36 in x 48 in

5. PROJECT SUBMISSION

  • Digital posters will be submitted electronically by May 8, 2026.

  • More information on project submissions coming soon.

  • A virtual interview may be required .

6. POSTER MUST REFLECT

7. WINNER ANNOUNCED

  • Winner will be announced May 15.

  • Winning poster will be featured on the Advisory Board’s website.
